WHAT I THINK - It's common knowledge that there are so many children suffering today in many parts of the world. There are many that don't have proper clothing, food, educations and many who are dying from diseases that could easily be prevented.
I live in America, and though I do love my country, there are so many flaws within its people. I get so disgusted when I hear of kids who think its awful that they can't get the new $100 shoes they want, and the people that are like, "I want this, and this, and this." There are so many that think they have "nothing" because they do not have all the new high tech gadgets that we so rely on, or the new clothing thats in style, when in fact, they should all be thankful that they have running water, a school to go to, healthy parents to come home to, and their own health.
MY MISSION - I want to help. I want to get people to think about it a little bit more. I want badly to donate to the organizations that are actively trying to stop all the pain and suffering that our children are going through.
I am helping in the one way I know I really can. I am making bracelets to sell for really cheap prices, and then am donating 100% of the profit to one organization that has been around for a long time, and that I look highly upon. Save the Children is someone who has helped millions, and I want to help them continue doing so.
All I ask you to do is if you find a bracelet you like, go ahead and buy it. Or better yet, go directly to Save the Children and donate yourself.
